Tapping To My Own Beat, Tuesday ...


This is how I am feeling today ~ Tapping to my own beat ~ It is a free day for me, of sorts ~ Getting things done, but at my own pace ~ Looking outdoors and realizing what a beautiful day it is, in February ~ We have had unbelievably warm weather this Winter, here in New England. I wonder if we will escape this season with no more snow ~ How nice that would be ~ Slide right into Spring with gentleness ... Ahhh!

      Hi Debi ~ Yes ~ I have to agree, the mild weather is welcoming ~ Fat Tuesdays, A day to splurge and not worry about it - Count me in!

    Definitely welcoming the warmer weather, we too are having some mild weather hear in London, love the feeling of the sun on my face, we're low in Vit D so roll on the summer! Hope you had a lovely day off! Blessings, Amanda

    I'm glad you are feeling relaxed!
    I'm not really "my self" lately, my muse has gone, she is probably drinking wine in France or Italy,lol! I'm waiting for her to come back so that I could start making things again! :)

    Feeling unmotivated, but happy to finally be going back to work tomorrow. I've been gone for 10 days. The weather here in sunny California has been exceptional, except that it has turned a bit chilly again. I guess the weather gods knew I was going back to work too! Thanks for sharing!

Love Story in Burlington, VT ...

It started the morning I decided to visit Muddy Waters (Coffee House) in Burlington, Vermont. I was told by the locals that if I was looking for a quiet place to write and enjoy a good cup of java, this was the place. I entered into a few different level rooms containing booths, cozy benches and chairs. After ordering an Iced Machiatto, I settled into a nice corner bench adjacent to a bookshelf. LETTERS ACROSS THE MILES  Dear Jennifer, I am quite excited to be sharing this journey of "Old Fashioned Letter Writing" (online) with you ... It is a long lost personal touch that needs to be revisited. We live in a world of Tweets, IMs & text messages - Time to Get Back to Basics!
