Living In the Moment

This time of the year always reminds me of "My Garden Bunny" ~ Even though this was a few years ago,she surprised me in my garden, as much as I surprised her ~ She was busy eating away and I raked next to her , causing her to flip over and jump ... At first, I thought it was a frog ... Then I saw how beautiful she was ... I was able to grab my camera (from the stairs) and get a few good pics of her ... She will always be cherished!

THE REAL ME Took me awhile to finally see, What it would take to find the real me. Searching for true moments in time, I began to embrace life that was all mine. After years of suppressing the real key, I was happier than ever and I could finally see. Not knowing if I had the confidence; right or wrong, My heart was dancing to a brand new song. I unpacked my camera and planned my day, It was hours before I ended my play. The vision arose from someplace so deep, The photos will be ones that I will always keep. The more I tried new and fun ways, Brought me closer to know how I would spend my days. After all these years of trying to be, I can say I did find, the real me.  ~Kristine 

Today has me thinking of nice weather to come ...  This is only the beginning of nice days ... Spring ... Summer and Fall ... I cannot wait to be outdoors, more ... Taking walks ... Seeing more signs of Spring ... Enjoying the evenings with more light ... Love that we have put the shovels away and replaced them with rakes ... Cheers to another Winter behind us!

What is it with animals and the way they make you feel? You can have the worst day in the world, and come home and they give you everything you need, to make it all better :) I have 2 Cats, Thompson is our other baby and he is here earlier on my blog (if you would like to see him, as well) ...I do enjoy all animals, I would have more if I could - But they give me more love than one person could ever want ...

This is a Winter Scene I shot a few years ago ~ I recently looked back on my portfolio and wanted it to be a part of my blog ... We received a bit of snow this week, so I was able to get this one in, right under the wire! Beautiful to look at, but Spring is still being welcomed with Open Arms!

I have been thinking of all the "Good Things" that have happened in my life recently ... This is a picture of my cat, Twigs ... She has passed away now, but she lived 12 wonderful years with me ... She saw me move to a few different houses, go through relationships, change jobs, through good and bad times - She was there - Every step of the way! She was an Amazing Baby ...

I have been thinking alot about "Believing" ... Believing in the people in my life ... Believing in myself ... Believing in what I do ... Believing in what I should be striving for etc ... Should I be a photographer? Should I be something else? I need to believe I am good enough to continue on this journey ... Today I thought I would ask - What do you find yourself believing in?
