This statement jumped off the page when I saw it - I found it on PinTerest ...  I know so many people are struggling right now - All in different ways, but struggling just the same - People who I hold dear - People who I love - It hurts each and everyday to witness them going through so much and I  feel helpless - I continue to think of ways to comfort them ... I send this post out to them ... With love and light ... For brighter days ahead ... For their load to be lightened and for them to become happy again ...  Sending love - To All Of You ... ox

I am currently taking Susannah Conway's JOURNAL YOUR LIFE and LOVING IT!  Each week we have been working through different ways to journal ... Sure, There is writing, getting our thoughts down on paper and out of our head but we have gone a bit deeper in this class. We have acknowledged childhood memories, self awareness, nightmares, daydreams etc ... This is the second course from Susannah that I have taken, and it will not be my last ... This brings me to the reason I attached the above picture from PinTerest, it really spoke to me. Why are we afraid of speaking our truth? Fearing what others will say? What others will think? I used to feel this way, I no longer do. I am glad I have arrived here. In a safe place. I have a routine of writing each day - Whether it is a journal entry, a blog post, write poetry or just getting some outlines down on paper - to use in the near future ...     Dear Jennifer, Hoping you are enjoying the Start of Summer!  Our Annual "Kick Off to Summer Maine Get-Away" was an enjoyable one! The weather was not with us, but we did manage to jet out in between the raindrops for dinners, a  movie, and a few coastal rides. I do miss seeing the ocean after a long Winter, so the first visit is always a great treat. We enjoyed a few beverages along the way and of course had our fill of seafood. I enjoyed hearing you work at Chili's? I have to say, this is a fallback place for us, knowing we will always be satisfied - It was a great place to watch The Bruins game! Please tell me about your upcoming trip to Chicago ... I am all ears ... So the two of you are trying to visit as many different ballparks as you can, Right? How many have you seen so far? I love how this is a journey you can take together ... Keep me updated!
